4.   Leg Cramps

Leg cramps happen anytime and also possible for it to happen at night which bothers your sleep. Leg cramps happen because the muscles in your legs are exhausted which is caused by weight gain during pregnancy and also because of the blood flow from your legs. If you experience leg cramps when sleeping you can try to massage your feet or soak them in warm water. Some also recommends getting up first and walking for a few minutes to keep the cramps away.

5.   Get Up Because of Urinating Needs

Getting up in the middle of the night to urinate is also one of your habits during pregnancy. With the baby growing bigger your bladder is also getting some pressure which causes frequent urination during pregnancy. Make sure to urinate before you go to sleep. It is better if you use night lamp so it will also minimize tripping or falling possibilities. Try to not get up immediately but give it a little break before you get off the bed.
